Dr. Ian Robertson (BMW Global Sales & Marketing) said ‘while cars have changed the retail experience is much the same as it was a hundred years ago.’  In this keynote Google will start by examine the future of automotive retail sales through the consumer lens and will showcase examples from the industry of how technology is being leveraged to bring the dealership to the customer. While many of these examples are forward looking, the second half of this presentation will outline what Dealerships can do today to prepare for this digital future.
